Our Process

Take a journey through the manufacturing process with us! Blocks come in from the quarry then head to the block saw where slabs are sawed to size.  Next the sawed slabs go to the automatic polishing mill where either just one side or both sides are polished.  The slabs are then broke out into smaller pieces before heading to the stone cutter.  The stone cutter cuts the piece to the specified size and finish.  Lastly, the piece either heads to the shipping department or to sandblast.
